[b]For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
I have been playing WoW since I can remember. Very casually since Vanilla up til MoP where I started getting into PVP still casuall. And then in Legion when my other hobby in Handball ended, raiding became my Hobby.
Total played time: I have had a couple of accounts over the expansions, but I'd estimate around 200 days / 250 days.
Time played on current character in current expansion: 29 Days. Mind the time spent in Boralus jumping around here! Guild and raid info:
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: Emerald Weapons, my home </3. Left by my own free will, and in search for a new challenge. Guild stopped functioning after I decided that I needed some new challenges, sadly.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? Wowprogress - Lamme
Also some of my guildmates that followed my lead wanted me to put in a good word for them while applying to you.Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Oh boy. The idea of playing in a guild that reaches such ranks, within the timeline of three raiding days makes my fingres tingle. Im extremly competetive and playing in a guild where I get to challenge that side of me makes me fired up. Going through the history of this guild, its very clear that its a guild with knowledge and eager to keep reaching these levels. I want to be a part of this.
As of myself, I think I will be valuable as in I bring a lot of good energy, and progressing is where I exceed. I get to a point where I know my cast sequence by hearth. I love researching and getting good at what I play, while I must mention that ''being good'' in my eyes is not only pumping out hps. Its how you play, and how you play out the role in your healing team. A blue log healer can very well be equally or more valuable then a orange log. I take pride in doing well, and that also shows in how I react to my own mistakes. I do not tilt what so ever, but I do hate doing mistakes, hence I try to take action to not repeat my mistake. I also love learning, meaning I listen to what/why fingers point at me and take the critism without question.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? NoWhat is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
Here I go. Mind the long read, and just fly by any information you cba reading
I am currently a raid leader, and healing officer of a guild called Emerald Weapons. I’m a MW main, and have been raiding actively since legion. I’ve been in the same guild since I can remember.
Now a summary of my short, yet beautiful raiding history. (Sorry if a lot of it is irrelevant, but when I recruited people for my own guild I often found these reads very interesting.)
NH: At the time, my guild was barely clearing HC, and usually the first few Mythic bosses. I was very casual, just doing some arena as a hobby. Most of my time went to handball at this time. I got lured into joining the guild for a mythic run since they lacked a healer. AND I LOVED IT, I wasn’t good, but I felt that this was something I could be good at. The handball season ended at the time and I had more time for wow. I started spending time at becoming good (I’m very competitive), and the guild did end up killing more bosses then usual. I took charge of setting up CDS as that was nonexistent in the guild, and my irl friend took charge of the RL. He was very good at this, and I felt like there was room to grow with him as a RL.
I played resto druid and got respectable logs. https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/ ... artition=3
ToS: Next tier I started actively trying to help the guild, and recruited players. I kept spending a lot of time into my healing and always wanting to do the best I could. I slowly took more responsibility and took charge of setting up the raids (or else there wouldn’t be any raids so It was more a ‘’have to do it’’). My friend (we were like yin/yang) kept doing good, and we aimed to do even better next tier.

Also played priest: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/ ... 13#zone=13
Then going into AtBT I suddenly were the GM (Guild Manager) as I didn’t want the Guild Master title for that should belong to someone whom been in here for years and years.
Together with Wake I used a lot of time setting up raids, finding players (personality was everything for me when recruiting as a guild only works as well as the mood in the guild). We found more good players, but my friend and RL slowly faded into less attendance. I took over a lot of the raid leading, and that went out on my healing, as my brain used more time on leading the team then min maxing my own healing. This also took even more time outside of the raids and made me spend less time on ‘’healing’’.
We did better than ever, and got the CE for the first time.

The guild took a long break into the new expansion. And we looked good. My yang in my friend and RL (much better than me at it) early noted that he wouldn’t be able to play much. I swapped mains to MW as restoD sadly just wasn’t as good.
We went through ULDIR and got yet another CE. I did most of the raid leading and everything outside of it, but it wasn’t the same for me without my friend and extremely talented raid leader. Yet again I feel like my healing wasn’t my main prio but everything else, and I didn’t like this. Everything was on my shoulders, the one who is just a baby when it comes to raiding.

I tried looking for new leaders in my current guild as I want to raid, do well and that’s it. Not everything around it. My RL and friend had almost quit entirely. And I knew that if I stepped down (still raiding with my current guild) the guild wouldn’t be good enough to push content in the pace Id like. I tried spreading responsibility to take some weight of my shoulders, but ended up yet again doing more than I liked. Raid leading, recruiting setting up roster etc. We have done great, but I’m at a point where I need out. Currently downed Mekka inside top 800 world.

I suddenly got to a point where I don’t want to do this at all anymore. As much at it hurts me leaving all of this that I’ve built. I’ve been very personal and sincere to everyone all the way, and it has reflected onto the guild to be a great place with no drama and extremely kind environment. I’m not looking at this as a big thing, as all the friends will still be my friends, but as the 9+ hours I’m using in raids will be changed for my own good.
I need a fresh place where I can show up and enjoy the game. I want to get back into focusing on my healing, and to be the best I can in that manner.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum:
A new home. I do know that raiding at this level is another type of place, but I know that doing well with someone and likeminded people makes for a tight social bond. I expect for it to be a harsh yet great place to raid, where everyone puts the team before themself. Where you stand together in all the wipes, knowing thats the reality of the game. It is a game, and its supposed to be fun and enjoyable, so however serious it is there will be room for smiles and laughs at certain points. Outside of raids I hope to have a place/discord where I can make friends and just chill out doing m+/talking about whatever comes to mind.
Bottom line i expect it to be a place that makes me enjoy this game even more, through quality gameplay, jokes and endless hours together in the dirt! ^^
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? Yes, will have to relearn not having to raid lead myself ^^
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
This is my might be the dealbreaker here. I plan all my time around raids, and having to be a raidleader meant I was the one who set an example in my own guild. I do however every 4th week come home at 20:30 in weekdays. This worked out in my guild since we could rotate, and play around it. Understandable if thats not possible in your guild. I will however be able to attend EVERY raid, just 2 raiddays a month I will be 30 minutes late
How much do you play outside of raiding times? Not much these days sadly. I do my weekly, and sometimes you get that burst of energy to blast keys. But outside of that I mostly afk in Boralus with half my brain and spend time with my GF with the other half so she doesnt feel neglected
How would you describe yourself as a raider? I guess the answer of why you should accept does it for this?
Extremly dedicated, happy and competetive.
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
WA, BigWigs, Details, AA
