Character name: Charinos

Talent spec: Main resto, off-spec ele
For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft?
On/off since Vanilla (patch 1.10, if memory serves). The longest break I've taken was a little over a year from the end of BC until the middle of WotLK
Total played time:
Time played on current character in current expansion:
Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them:
Withered (Silvermoon) - Quite simply, my ambitions concerning raiding exceeded theirs
Serpentis (Silvermoon) - Without going into too much detail on a public forum, I disagreed with the leadership on some non-WoW related stuff that I consider to be quite important. I'll gladly go into detail on whisper or something if need be.
Having said that, I still respect and like everyone from both my previous guilds and still talk to some of them often.
How did you hear about Inner Sanctum?
I've played on Silvermoon since the WoD prepatch. Wow-progress
Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU?
Because I want to improve myself as a raider and keep raiding at a CE level. I believe IS can help me achieve that and I think I could be an asset in you achieving that. Read below as well for further clarification.
Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you?
Not to my knowledge, no.
What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)?
As shaman: 6/9 M BoD, 5/11 M Antorus, 2/14 M SoO. AotC since Garrosh except a few WoD ones. Some way older stuff like a bit of ICC and Ulduar, but nothing that should be relevant now
As monk: 9/9 M BoD
As paladin: 6/8 M Uldir
On top of that, I raided as a rogue/priest in classic and TBC, clearing MC, Ony, AQ20, ZG, Karazhan, Gruul's and a few bosses in SSC.
What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum?
Raiding at a high level, no shenanigans concerning that
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids?
Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance).
Yes. Barring any special circumstances, I should be able to attend every raid. I expect at the very least a 90 % attendance rate
How much do you play outside of raiding times?
Rough guesstimate I'd say about 30 hours a week including raids, so 20 hours-ish?
How would you describe yourself as a raider?
Rarely the most vocal, but not afraid to speak up if need be. I'm the type of person who doesn't like doing stuff half-assed. For example, I often take notes in between pulls on what I did that worked out well and what I could improve on (positioning, CD timing, etc.). In general I want to do things to the best of my ability
What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance?
BigWigs - should be self-explanatory
Details! - mostly for the improved death recaps
Exorsus Raid Tools - for the visual and text notes, mainly
VuhDo - I think having mouseover binds is paramount to healing efficiently. VuhDo allows me to do so easily and frees up my keyboard binds (1-4, namely) for DPS spells
A slew of WA's as necessary; what I usually run with in a tier includes the latest compilation of boss WA's as a supplement to BW as well as improved spell CD activation/tracking (i.e. the bars to the right of my player unitframe)
ElvUI: Because the standard UI is terrible in my opinion. I like being able to move stuff around freely

Info about you and what you do when not playing WoW: I'm a law student about to enter my last year of studies. When I'm not studying or playing WoW, I like going to concerts (the heavier the better), watching movies and going out
